• “I requested someone come by to inspect the fireplace in a home we recently purchased. I thought given the age, it likely needed a chimney sweep done. I also had operational questions based on the previous owners telling us the fireplace could either be used as wood burning OR gas. John came out and was super friendly, VERY knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell me ANYTHING that I didn't actually NEED. In fact, he told me I had another year before a chimney sweep was actually needed. He provided a quote to get the fireplace functional as gas, but again, did not pressure me into anything at all. I appreciate that more than anything, and will DEFINITELY only be using ARC for any of our fireplace needs from here on out. What an AWESOME, HONEST BUSINESS!”
